It has been sparsely studied and few interactions have been reported with food sources. This case reveals a significant rise in INR when fluindione was associated to fatty acid (palmitic/oleic/linoleic acid 2g/day) or vitamin E (1g/day).  80-year-old male (weight 74 kg, body surface area 1.91 m²) with a history of severe allergic drug eruption documented with low molecular weight heparins, vancomycin, rifamycin and netromycin was treated and stabilized (International Normalized Ratio (INR) = 3.5) with fluindione (10 to 15 mg once per day) for cardiovascular risks due to a mechanical aortic heart valve and an aortic tube. The objectives of this study were to examine the relationship between work content and motivation, on one hand, and work context and motivation, on the other hand, of hospital pharmacists in Osun state of Nigeria. Eighty seven out of 110 practicing pharmacists in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Osun State were selected randomly. Juniper Publishers-Open Access Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences Authored by  Prasanthi T A simple, precise, rapid and accurate UV Spectrophotometric method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous estimation of Omeprazole (OMP) and Domperidone (DOM) in combined pharmaceutical dosage forms. The method was developed by using methanol as a solvent. Omeprazole exhibits absorption maximum at 301 nm and Domperidone shows absorption maximum at 287.2 nm in methanol. The developed method was obeyed Beer Lambert’s law in the concentration range of 2-12 μg/mL for both OMP and DOM. The accuracy of method was confirmed by recovery studies from capsules at three different levels of standard additions. %RSD values below 2 for intra-day and inter-day precision indicates that the proposed method is highly reproducible.
